Welcome to the website of Konkani speaking Gauda Saraswat Brahmin community at Cochin. The objective of this website is to publish to the world, the history, culture and rich tradition of the Konkani speaking GSB community at Cochin and use this modern medium of communication to bring together all the Gauda Saraswat Brahmins spread over the world. The word "Gosripuram" is derived from three words "Gomanthak", "Srimanth" and "Puram" ie., the settlement (Puram) of the wealthy people (Srimanth) from Goa (Gomanthak).
